“ Tonight I took my wife out on a date to Ecco in Trumbull. It was a great time and we both enjoyed the environment. Tonight was busy but it wasn’t overly loud and had an upbeat atmosphere (you could sense everyone was having a good time). We had a great experience from being seated promptly and kindly as well, to the exceptional service and professionalism from our main server to the GM coming to check in on us all the way to the food and dessert delivery service, everyone was very respectful, down to earth and came to check in at the right time. And the dinner was excellent! This place runs like a well oiled machine and my only advice for them is to keep doing exactly what they are doing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone whether they are looking to take a date out or their family or a group of friends for an great meal and overall experience. Looking forward to going back. ”
“ Had a great time at Ecco with the fam even after almost having to break out the swim trunks to get there! Apparently, it was Monsoon Season in CT on Saturday evening... Anywho, the atmosphere, food, & wine were excellent but the service really stood out! Our server, Matthew, is the best in the game and was highly personable/knowledgeable about everything. Thanks for the recommendation on the type of sauce to get for the Steak, Matt! My fiancee ended up taking the majority of mine because she enjoyed it so much... Now all we need to do is get you guys some Hawk Ridge wine to serve! We will be back! ”
“ Had a great dinner for 4 here on a Friday night. Didn't have reservations but got here early enough that we were seated right away. By the time we left, there was a long line! Based on the service and food, I understand why! Rachel was our server, and she is wonderful! Great recommendations and spot-on service! We had the short rib ravioli, fettuccine bolognese, vodka rigatoni, and a brick oven pizza. All were delicious! Drinks were just as good! ”
